Directional Installation
This is a one-way active optical HDMI cable. Connect the plug marked Source to the HDMI output device and the plug marked Display to the TV, monitor or projector. The cable will not transmit a signal if installed in reverse.

Source devices: desktop and laptop computers, PlayStation and Xbox consoles, Blu-ray players, streaming devices, set-top boxes and AV receivers with HDMI output.
Display devices: HDMI TVs, monitors, projectors and compatible AV equipment.
