These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://moshou.shop (the “Website”), including all information, content, features, products, support resources, and services made available through the Website.
The Website is operated under the MOSHOU brand by SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. Throughout these Terms, “MOSHOU,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED in connection with the operation of this Website.
MOSHOU is an authorized partner brand of SIKAI. For the purposes of this Website, customer transactions, order fulfilment administration, payment processing, customer support, and contractual relations are handled by or on behalf of SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED, unless expressly stated otherwise.
References to “SIKAI” or “SIKAI Global” on the Website, in payment records, transactional communications, customer-service communications, or related business materials do not identify a separate seller unless expressly stated. The legal operator of the MOSHOU Website is SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable consumer-protection law.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country or region.
If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the Website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use the Website or purchase our products for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
2. Account and Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, contacting us, or placing an order.
This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, shipping address, postal code, and other information reasonably required to process your order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Products and Nature of the Goods
MOSHOU offers cables, adapters, video-connectivity accessories, audio accessories, USB and data products, and related consumer-electronics connectivity products.
Products may include HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C video, optical or active cables, adapters, extension cables, audio cables, USB cables, and other related accessories.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, computers, televisions, monitors, projectors, graphics cards, game consoles, mobile devices, docking stations, chargers, source devices, displays, and other electronic equipment shown in product photographs are displayed for demonstration purposes only and are not included with the product.
The exact contents of each purchase are determined by the selected product variant and the product description, specifications, package contents, or equivalent information shown on the applicable product page.
4. Compatibility and Technical Requirements
MOSHOU products may be designed for specific connectors, protocols, signal directions, resolutions, refresh rates, bandwidth requirements, cable lengths, device types, or technical standards.
Before ordering, you must review the product title, connector type, signal direction, supported specification, product photographs, cable length, compatibility information, and any limitations stated on the product page.
Compatibility depends on the entire connection chain, including but not limited to:
- The source device;
- The destination display or receiving device;
- Source and destination ports;
- Connector type;
- Cable or adapter type;
- Signal direction;
- Supported HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, USB, or other protocol;
- Required bandwidth;
- Resolution and refresh rate;
- HDR, audio, DSC, HDCP, or other protocol-dependent functions where applicable;
- Operating system, graphics hardware, firmware, and driver support;
- Cable length and transmission method; and
- Power requirements where applicable.
A matching physical connector does not by itself guarantee that every resolution, refresh rate, HDR mode, audio format, bandwidth level, or other feature will operate in every equipment combination.
If you are uncertain about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.
5. Third-Party Trademarks and Technical Standards
HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, USB-C, Apple, Samsung, Sony, Microsoft, NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, LG, and other third-party company names, trademarks, product names, standards, and model names referenced on this Website belong to their respective owners.
References to third-party brands, standards, devices, or models are used solely to describe product specifications, intended use, or compatibility.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, neither MOSHOU nor SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED is affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with the referenced third-party trademark owners.
6. Product Descriptions and Images
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, prices, photographs, videos, measurements, materials, connector details, and colors are accurate and not misleading.
Actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, material characteristics, manufacturing tolerances, or production batches.
Measurements and cable diameters may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
We may update packaging, labels, materials, production processes, or minor design details when necessary, provided that the change does not materially reduce the principal function or quality of the product.
If a product received is materially different from its description, your rights will be handled under our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer law applicable to the purchase.
7. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee availability.
We may reasonably limit quantities, withdraw a product, update a product, or discontinue a product.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement proposal or refund.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.
8. Orders and Formation of Contract
Products displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to place an order and are not, by themselves, a binding offer.
When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the purchase contract is formed when we accept the order by confirming shipment, dispatching the goods, or otherwise expressly confirming acceptance.
We may reasonably decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including:
- Product unavailability or an inventory discrepancy;
- An obvious pricing, discount, tax, shipping, or product-information error;
- Payment failure or inability to obtain payment authorization;
- Suspected fraud, identity misuse, unauthorized payment, or security risk;
- An incomplete, invalid, restricted, or undeliverable address;
- Suspected unauthorized resale, automated purchasing, or abuse of promotions;
- Legal, regulatory, sanctions, export-control, or carrier restrictions; or
- Another legitimate reason that makes fulfilment unlawful or impracticable.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method, subject to the processing time of the relevant bank or payment provider.
9. Prices and Pricing Errors
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Website or determined by the applicable Shopify market.
Currency conversion may be performed by Shopify, a payment provider, or another authorized service.
Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, currency-conversion, or system error, we may contact you before accepting the order.
You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
If payment has already been collected and the order is cancelled, the amount collected will be refunded.
Nothing in this section permits misleading pricing practices or limits rights available under applicable law.
10. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Charges
Applicable taxes and shipping charges collected by us will be shown during checkout where technically available.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other government charges imposed by the destination country or region.
Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, the customer is responsible for destination-country import charges.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by us.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may lawfully be imported into and used in the destination country or region.
11. Payment
Available payment methods may vary according to country, region, currency, device, order value, and payment-provider availability.
Payments may be processed by Shopify, card networks, digital-wallet providers, PayPal, Airwallex, or other authorized third-party payment providers.
The availability of a payment method does not mean that it will be available for every customer or transaction.
Merchant and payment-processing entity. The MOSHOU Website is operated by SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED.
For operational, merchant-account, payment-processing, reconciliation, fraud-prevention, refund, and settlement purposes, payments made through MOSHOU and other SIKAI-related brand websites may be processed centrally by SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED or through merchant accounts held or operated by this company.
This centralized payment arrangement does not change the identity of the operator responsible for transactions made through this Website.
Depending on the payment method and payment provider, your bank statement, card statement, PayPal transaction record, digital-wallet record, or other payment record may display a merchant or descriptor referring to SIKAI, SIKAI Global, SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED, or the relevant payment provider instead of, or together with, the MOSHOU brand name.
If you do not recognize a transaction or would like to confirm which order a charge relates to, please contact us at moshou@sikaiglobal.com and provide your order number and relevant non-sensitive transaction information.
Do not send full payment-card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, or account passwords by email.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- The information provided is accurate;
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method; and
- You authorize us and our payment providers to process the applicable charges.
Transactions may be subject to authorization, identity verification, fraud screening, sanctions screening, card-security checks, and additional authentication such as 3-D Secure.
A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed, or held by the issuing bank, payment provider, card network, or fraud-prevention system.
We do not control decisions independently made by those providers.
Payment providers may independently apply their own terms, privacy policies, security requirements, transaction limits, verification procedures, foreign-exchange rules, and dispute procedures.
12. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
Orders are processed and shipped according to our current Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Processing and delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, public holidays, weather, transportation disruption, remote-area delivery, security inspections, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an address problem is identified before dispatch, please contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Risk of loss or damage passes as determined by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer law.
13. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Order cancellations, returns, defective-item claims, damaged-item claims, incorrect-item claims, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You should inspect products promptly after delivery.
If an item is incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
To investigate a claim, we may reasonably request:
- Your order number;
- Photographs or video of the product and packaging;
- The shipping label;
- The source and destination devices;
- Port and connector information;
- Resolution and refresh-rate information;
- Signal direction;
- Operating-system or graphics information where relevant; and
- Other information reasonably required to verify the issue.
Refunds approved by us will normally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear is controlled by the bank or payment provider after we submit it.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, repair, replacement, refund, or warranty right that applies under mandatory consumer law.
14. Product Warranty and Statutory Rights
Where a product page, warranty document, or customer-service communication expressly states that a product is covered by a limited warranty, that warranty is subject to its stated period, conditions, exclusions, and claim requirements.
Unless required by applicable law, warranty coverage does not normally apply to:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration;
- Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage;
- Excessive bending, pulling, crushing, twisting, or physical stress;
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or removal;
- Use with incompatible devices, ports, adapters, power supplies, or equipment;
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair;
- Damage caused by liquids, excessive heat, fire, corrosive substances, or unsuitable operating conditions; or
- Damage to third-party equipment not caused by a proven defect in the MOSHOU product.
Any voluntary limited warranty is additional to, and does not replace, statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Signal Performance and Equipment Limitations
Advertised resolutions, refresh rates, bandwidth levels, or features describe the capability of the applicable MOSHOU product under compatible operating conditions.
Actual system performance depends on all connected equipment and the complete signal chain.
A system may operate at a lower resolution, refresh rate, bandwidth, color depth, HDR mode, or feature level if another device, adapter, port, graphics processor, driver, cable, display, or protocol in the connection chain does not support the required specification.
Where relevant, longer transmission distances, active electronics, optical transmission, signal conversion, or directional cable design may impose additional setup requirements described on the product page.
16. Acceptable Use of the Website
You must not use the Website:
- For an unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purpose;
- To violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- To submit false, deceptive, or unauthorized information;
- To transmit malware, viruses, harmful code, or disruptive material;
- To interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
- To obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- To collect or misuse personal information;
- To bypass security, fraud-prevention, access-control, or purchase-limit measures;
- To use automated tools in a manner that disrupts the Website;
- To place orders using stolen or unauthorized payment information; or
- To reproduce or commercially exploit Website content without authorization.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that these Terms, applicable law, or another person's rights have been violated.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content—including text, photographs, videos, illustrations, graphics, logos, product presentations, page layouts, manuals, technical diagrams, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for lawful personal shopping and product-support purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Website content without prior authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
18. Reviews and User-Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, troubleshooting information, or other content, you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit it;
- It reflects your genuine experience where presented as a review;
- It is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading;
- It does not contain malicious code or unauthorized personal information; and
- It does not infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, and display submitted content for operating, improving, supporting, and promoting our business and products.
We may decline or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or another person's rights.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising providers, fraud-prevention services, shipping carriers, social-media services, and external websites.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent content, security, availability, or practices of third parties, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute our endorsement of that website or all content available through it.
20. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order or contacting us electronically, you agree that we may send transactional communications necessary to administer your order, including order confirmations, payment notices, shipping updates, delivery notices, security messages, compatibility-support communications, and customer-service responses.
Transactional communications are separate from marketing communications.
Where required by law, marketing communications will be sent only with the appropriate consent, and recipients may unsubscribe using the method provided.
21. Website Availability and Disclaimer
We take reasonable steps to maintain the Website, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
Temporary interruption may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, hosting issues, payment-provider outages, Shopify service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any express product commitment, statutory guarantee, or mandatory consumer right.
22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded;
- Wilful misconduct or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited;
- Breach of a mandatory statutory consumer right; or
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the paragraph above and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Where legally permitted, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from incorrect product selection, an incompatible third-party device, unsupported ports or protocols, improper installation, unauthorized modification, third-party services, carrier delay, customs action, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For losses relating to a particular order, and where a limitation is legally permitted, our aggregate liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply only to the extent that they are fair, reasonable, and enforceable under applicable law.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses directly resulting from your unlawful use of the Website, deliberate violation of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights.
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim was caused by our own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or failure to comply with a mandatory legal obligation.
24. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, war, civil unrest, government action, customs action, carrier disruption, labour dispute, interruption of utilities or communications, cyberattack, or failure of a third-party platform or payment system.
This section does not remove any right to a refund or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If performance becomes impossible or is delayed for an unreasonable period, we will take reasonable steps to contact affected customers and provide an appropriate remedy.
25. Sanctions and Export Controls
Products and services may be subject to trade sanctions, export controls, customs restrictions, and import laws.
We may refuse or cancel an order if processing or fulfilling it would violate applicable law or a lawful restriction imposed by a payment provider, carrier, or government authority.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, technology, business practices, payment arrangements, or legal obligations.
The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes apply from the date of publication and do not retroactively remove rights associated with an order already accepted.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
28. No Waiver
A delay or failure by either party to enforce a right under these Terms does not waive that right.
A waiver is effective only for the specific matter for which it is given.
29. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an accepted order without our consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, merger, sale, or transfer of business, provided that doing so does not reduce your mandatory consumer rights or materially prejudice an accepted order.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable product page, order confirmation, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, payment information, and any other policy expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the relevant purchase.
If there is a conflict, mandatory law takes priority.
After that, any specific written term agreed for an order takes priority over a general provision in these Terms.
31. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us and provide the relevant order number and details so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws, the courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or a purchase made through the Website.
If you are a consumer, this governing-law clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws or the right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under the applicable laws of your country or region.
32. Language
These Terms are written in English.
Translations may be provided for convenience.
If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
