Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item should include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, protective materials, and components where reasonably possible.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, excessive bending or pulling, modification, unauthorized repair, or improper handling.
  • The returned product must be identifiable as the product purchased from MOSHOU.

Non-Returnable or Limited-Coverage Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, excessive pulling, crushing, bending, liquid exposure, overheating, or other improper handling.
  • Products that have been disassembled, repaired, altered, or modified without authorization.
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order products.
  • Products returned without sufficient information to identify the order.
  • Items identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Compatibility and Incorrect Product Selection

MOSHOU offers HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C video, audio, USB and data cables, optical cables, adapters, extension cables, and other connectivity products.

Products may differ in connector type, signal direction, protocol, bandwidth, cable length, resolution, refresh rate, device compatibility, and other technical requirements.

A matching physical connector does not necessarily mean that every device combination supports the same resolution, refresh rate, HDR mode, audio format, bandwidth, or other feature.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, specifications, connector type, signal direction, device requirements, and compatibility information before ordering.

How to Request a Return

Before returning a product, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • The product name and selected variant.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos or videos where relevant.
  • For compatibility or performance issues, the source device, destination display, port type, connector type, adapters used, operating system, resolution, refresh rate, and intended signal direction where applicable.

After your return request is approved, our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Products sent to an unauthorized address may not be received or processed correctly.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect connector selection, incorrect cable length, incorrect product selection, compatibility choices, or another reason not caused by a confirmed product defect or our fulfilment error, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us before returning it.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include troubleshooting, replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

After we submit a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Airwallex, Shopify payment service, or other payment provider.

Payment providers may require additional processing time that is outside our direct control.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos or video of the product.
  • Photos of the shipping label and packaging.
  • The connected devices and ports.
  • Resolution and refresh-rate information.
  • Signal direction and connection layout.
  • Other information reasonably necessary to identify the issue.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Performance and Compatibility Claims

Advertised resolutions, refresh rates, bandwidth levels, and protocol capabilities describe the capability of the applicable MOSHOU product under compatible operating conditions.

Actual performance depends on the complete connection chain, including source device, graphics hardware, ports, adapters, cable length, operating system, drivers, destination display, firmware, protocol support, and other equipment.

A limitation caused by incompatible or insufficient third-party equipment is not automatically considered a product defect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once an order has entered processing, fulfilment, or shipment.

If cancellation is successfully completed before shipment, any collected amount will be refunded where applicable.

European and Other Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

Where applicable law provides a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, repair, replacement, refund, conformity guarantee, or warranty right, that mandatory right will apply regardless of any inconsistent provision in this policy.
